The agreement covers a broad scope, including technical consulting, potential commercial applications, and a joint AI research and training program aimed at cultivating AI talent and fostering innovation in AI-based products.
NeutraDC Singapore CEO Sendang Praptomo highlighted that the partnership with AMD not only lays the groundwork for delivering AMD-powered services through its 29 data centres in Indonesia and Singapore but also represents a strategic move to accelerate the adoption of advanced AI technologies in the region.
“Partnering with AMD, a global leader in high-performance and adaptive computing, provides us with the opportunity to expand access to GPU services and AI expertise in Southeast Asia,” said Praptomo. “Supported by our cloud connectivity and extensive data centre network, we can bring AI solutions closer to users and drive societal progress through faster AI adoption.”
Keith Strier, AMD’s Senior Vice President of Global AI Markets, emphasized that the MoU underscores AMD’s commitment to expanding high-performance AI infrastructure in Southeast Asia: “with NeutraDC, we aim to deliver the computing power and expertise organizations need to confidently accelerate their AI strategies.”
