Under the expanded partnership, Netcracker will offer a range of services designed to support critical processes such as order fulfillment, fallout management, service quality monitoring, and performance management. These enhancements are aimed at accelerating Globe’s business objectives, particularly in the growth of its broadband services. As a result, Globe will experience faster issue resolution and improved order processing times.
