This collaboration aims to extend high-speed connectivity to remote communities and enterprises, leveraging Supernet’s extensive market presence and technical expertise.
Under the agreement, Supernet will serve as an authorized reseller, actively promoting, distributing, and supporting Kacific’s satellite services in targeted underserved regions. The two companies will also collaborate on sharing satellite knowledge and co-developing strategies tailored to key markets and sectors, including communities, government agencies, and commercial entities.
This partnership follows Kacific’s recent market entry into Pakistan, where it partnered with satellite operator Paksat International and Pakistan’s Space & Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO). Together, they utilize 11 Ka-band spot beams on the Paksat-MM1 geostationary satellite to deliver high-throughput capacity to over 20,000 sites in remote regions, supporting diverse applications such as mobile backhaul, enterprise connectivity, and government communications.
“Our collaboration with Supernet will accelerate the distribution and adoption of our broadband solutions across Pakistan’s rural landscape. Supernet’s proven track record makes them an ideal partner to extend our reach and impact,” said Christian Patouraux, CEO of Kacific.
“Kacific’s powerful satellite capabilities will greatly enhance our ability to serve the connectivity needs of even the most isolated communities, helping bridge Pakistan’s digital divide,” said Zia Tariq, Head of Defense Sales and Satcom Products at Supernet Limited.
