Maxis, which has not yet closed an access deal with Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB), has announced that its board is assessing the governance requirements for an agreement.

The operator plans to close a deal as soon as possible and aims to play an active role in bringing 5G to Malaysia via the DNB network.
